Will you be our Nemesis? Future Clouds and Radar Seeks Arch-Enemy!

In a development that is fast becoming one of the Springs hottest stories, Future Clouds and Radar last Friday announced their plans to declare one lucky band in North America their "arch-nemesis" for the forseeable future. FC&R will begin reviewing applications for the position on May 10th and wants to encourage Canadian bands to consider the honor to be well within their grasp. "We just want the best band for the job" said Josh Gravelin, bassist and firebrand."We really wanted to get that Oasis vs Blur thing going with someone and there's just noone around Austin who still sees rock n' roll as bloodsport. We'll mix it up with the Canadians if need be." Applicants are asked to forward their credentials to thestarapplekingdom@yahoo.com. and when detailing your qualifications make sure and include what you dislike most about Future Clouds and Radar, what it is you feel your band does better than FC&R and most importantly what is it about FC&R that consumes you with black envy. We assure you this information will be held in utmost confidence but it is vitally important to us as we assess your band's suitability for engaging in futile public pagentry that explores the pointless depths of dualism. The winner will have arch-nemesis status bestowed upon them on June 1st- and then things are gonna get ugly!
